Marcin Pieńkowski

Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of professional experience in auditing, business consulting, banking (including risk and structured finance), and corporate financial management. He holds a Chartered Accountant (No. 12091) and the CFA designation.

He has an excellent understanding of finance and accounting, stemming from his extensive education and professional experience. He has led audit projects for the consolidated financial statements of listed companies and companies belonging to international capital groups.

He held managerial roles at banks (Nordea, PKO BP, BGK), where he made credit decisions and negotiated and concluded agreements with strategic clients. He also managed the finances of the Kombud Group.
